LinkForge offers:

• Social media and custom link management
• Audience analytics and insights
• Advanced design customisation
• Technical support and assistance

4. Account

To use LinkForge you must:

• Be of legal age and capacity to contract
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Comply with these terms

5. Use of the service

You agree to:

• Use the service for its intended purpose
• Not publish illegal, defamatory or offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the service
• Not use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes

6. User content

You retain ownership of your content. By using LinkForge you grant STELLARMEET a non-exclusive licence to host and display your content as part of the service.

You are responsible for the content you publish and agree not to publish content that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Infringes the rights of others
• Contains viruses or malware
• Is spam or unauthorised advertising

7. Pricing

LinkForge offers:

Prices are in euros (EUR). Applicable tax may be added at checkout. Cards billed in another currency (including USD) pay Stripe’s conversion of 7€ — typically about $7.

• Free plan: Basic features at no cost
• Pro plan: 7€/month (~$7 depending on exchange) with advanced analytics and full customisation

8. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorise STELLARMEET to charge your payment method automatically.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

9. Availability

STELLARMEET strives to ensure optimal availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

10. Intellectual property

LinkForge and all its elements (code, design, trademarks) are the exclusive property of STELLARMEET. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute these elements without permission.

11. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, available on the site and compliant with the GDPR.

12. Liability

STELLARMEET cannot be held liable for:

STELLARMEET's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

• Content published by users
• Data loss due to incorrect use
• Indirect or intangible damages
• Service interruptions for maintenance

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. STELLARMEET may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The French courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
